Residents are assured of privacy and security through non-invasive monitoring, logging and reporting facilities provided by IndeCare.

As people age they can become forgetful and distrustful of others. Residents may accuse caregivers of being in their rooms at unauthorized times and of not providing required care services. This creates stress not only for the caregiver, but also for the relatives of the resident. IndeCare provides a clear and accurate record of where residents and staff are at all times. Each record is logged in a database. This database can be used as confirmation of the location of each resident and staff member at any given time.

Features

Tailored reports can be made available to loved ones, if desired. These can be available in real time through the Internet. A variety of reports can be generated and provided to assignees as designated by each resident or individuals legally authorized to make care decisions for the resident. Some residents may request that outside medical support have access to their activities log. Access is provided only by request of the resident or those formally designated and acting on behalf of the resident, as approved by the facility operator.
