Overview

Facilities require a variety of expensive assets to support staff and services. Many assets can be lost or mislocated. Some assets will require secure storage, while others, such as defibrillators, are required to be readily available in locations accessible by staff during emergency situations. Other assets may be expected to be tested on a regular basis. Caregivers may also be restricted from using some assets.

Controlling the many asset types and usage profiles associated with each is a daunting and expensive task. IndeCare provides a solution to this problem as illustrated below.

Walkthrough

IndeCare has an integrated asset database that can be tailored to manage a variety of different assets. Each asset has its own profile that identifies where it is located, how long it has been there, what service schedule it has, who is permitted to use that asset.

User profiles can also be setup into groups. Group profiles can be setup to provide access to assets.

IndeCare constantly monitors these assets along with their profile to ensure that assets are where they should be, are ready for use when required and are with designated staff.

Storage rooms can be locked down to all but specific designated staff to secure assets and other items requiring secure storage, such as medications.
